Cree is a speaker and author driven by a passion to help women of all backgrounds find true, self-sustaining happiness. She believes that many women don’t understand the power they possess to change their lives, and she's here to help them find it within.

Drawing from her background as a mental health professional with a master's degree in Clinical Counseling Psychology, as well as her most profound life experiences as a wife and mother, Cree shares hard-won wisdom with honesty and encouragement. Having independently published two fiction series and a recent self-help journal, she uses her platform to guide others to embrace their fears and love who they are.

1. Embracing F.E.A.R.S. in the Professional World: Reclaiming Your Intellectual Power

In this talk, Cree addresses the unique challenges Black women face in professional environments, where their voices and intellectual contributions may be minimized. She challenges the audience to confront the negative intellectual self-concept that may have been shaped by early experiences and societal biases. Cree provides strategies to overcome self-doubt and imposter syndrome by focusing on a growth mindset and celebrating intellectual accomplishments.

2. Releasing Expectations to Find Freedom in Romantic Relationships

This talk focuses on how external and societal expectations can strain romantic relationships and diminish personal joy. Cree guides women to identify the unspoken rules and pressures that limit their freedom within partnerships. She encourages a shift from trying to meet external standards to defining personal success based on genuine joy and fulfillment.

3. Eradicating Self-Doubt to Strengthen Family Relationships

Cree explores the roots of self-doubt within family dynamics, revealing that it is a learned behavior, not an inherent trait. She helps women understand how early conditioning and recurring messages from family members can create an inner critic that affects adult relationships. 4. The Art of Not Minimizing Your Friendships: Honoring Your Worth

In this talk, Cree addresses the subtle but damaging habit of minimizing one's own experiences, needs, and feelings within friendships. She highlights how societal pressures, such as the "strong Black woman" archetype, can lead women to downplay their vulnerabilities for fear of appearing weak or burdensome. Cree guides the audience to turn up the volume on their inner voice and cultivate a more authentic way of being.
